Last night I installed the new KDE version (3.3) on Slackware 10. It was a hassle free installation and works like a charm. Actually, everything works like a charm on Slackware. When I first installed it on my laptop I thought I would encounter more problems.

download kde3.3 slackware packages change to runlevel 3 removepkg /var/log/packages/kde installpkg /all_kde3.3_packages/*.tgz change to runlevel 4, reboot or startx
